Mindfulness therapy – living consciously in the moment

Be present. Feel. Change.

Mindfulness means being consciously present in the here and now – without judgment, repression, or escape. In my therapeutic work, I use mindfulness-based methods such as MBSR, ACT, and mindfulness-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to promote emotional stability, self-regulation, and inner clarity.

A special component of my offering is “mindfulness-based relapse prevention.”

This module helps you recognize early warning signs, interrupt automated reactions, and consciously create new scope for action – whether in the case of emotional withdrawal, impulsive behavior, or addictive pressure.

Mindfulness helps you stay in touch with yourself in challenging moments – calm, alert and compassionate.

Would you like to integrate mindfulness as a resource into your everyday life or use it specifically for relapse prevention?

I would be happy to accompany you on your journey.
