These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the website http://www.dilveruh.de and to all services provided within the scope of my practice. The website provides information about my therapy offerings, contact options, and appointment scheduling. No direct therapeutic treatment is provided via the website itself.
2. Services
I offer psychotherapeutic support within the framework of medical practice under the German Alternative Medicine Practitioners Act (Heilpraktikergesetz) and within the framework of licensed psychotherapy. The goal is to find individual paths to greater well-being and personal development.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are made in person, by phone, or via the contact form and are binding. Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a short-term cancellation or non-appearance, a cancellation fee equal to the agreed fee may be charged, provided the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
4. Duty of confidentiality
All information provided during contact or therapeutic sessions is subject to confidentiality pursuant to Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB). Without your express written consent, I will not share any personal information or content with third parties.
5. Data protection
The protection of your personal data is very important to me. All information you provide during contact or therapy will be treated confidentially and processed only in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies. Any disputes shall be settled at the location of my practice, to the extent permitted by law.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid clause.
